2014 Is Really the Year to Start Anew

What has become glaringly obvious are the effects on our system from the use of cleaning agents we use with sometime cavalier obliviousness to the real dangers being imposed on the members of our households. There is a lack of awareness of the real dangers within these cleaning agents, and sadly, information is everywhere about how dangerous they all are. Even though the medical community is fully aware that vital information is being ignored, thankfully the medical community is persistent in their continuation of providing the society with unyielding amounts of information.
The Environmental Working Group (EWG) has introduced a cleaners hall of shame with a study of hazardous content in many of commonly used household cleaning items. Just 7% of cleaning products adaquately disclosed their content. Some cleaning agents are potentially fatal if inhaled or swallowed, some are made with knowingly high hazard ingredients, some are even banned in other countries.
More and more people are now taking this information and making changes in their homes and businesses. In the last two decades there has been a major campagne for the efficacy of green technology, and how lives are being saved because more and more people are changing the way they look at health and wellbeing, which in all cases begins in the home with getting rid of the contaminated cleaning agents traditionally used for those everyday household chores.
There are many items in the home that are viable substitues for these hazard items, like lemon, cooking oil, vinegar, and baking soda just to name a few of the multipurpose cleaning items often ignored as a great cleaning agent.
Today, more than ever before there is a tacit collaboration between the advances in medical technology, and the embracing of green technology in several areas of our society. And people are living longer and healthier, and doctors are finding new ways of addressing medical issues that in years past had no remedy, and most doctors where left with the task of informing the patient of their inevitable terminal condition resulting in death.
The evolution of medical research, coupled with the research into producing a cleaner environment, provides information that every household needs and should not ever be ignored. Governments, both state and federal, are included in this effort to address the medical dilemma that has plagued our society for years. Various laws have been enacted to protect the consumer from unscrupulous manufacturers of goods, and unscrupulous farmers.
Parents must now more than ever before take the time, and make the effort to take a more careful look at what's being exposed to their children, because there is no excuse today.
